Return Policy:

We are working to make your experience, whether shopping, exchanging or returning as simple as possible. Unlike most retailers, you can return an item for any reason without calling customer service for an authorization code. Just fill out the included return form and send the product back in its original packaging. 

Unlike most stores, there is no need to call customer service for a return authorization, just send back your product in its original packaging and fill out the form on your receipt. After your return has been checked in, our customer service department will process="" any refund or within 30 days.

• All returns must be in the original packaging.


• All parts, accessories, manuals, diskettes, tapes and printed materials must be returned in their original packaging accompanying your return/Items must be returned to our warehouse within 30 days to be eligible for refund.

Items returned past 30 days and within 60 days from the date of delivery are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
